Risk register

Low mental strength in a team is an operational risk. It can be measured and reduced.

Risk register: scale, impact on the company and Mindgram's answer
RiskScaleImpact on the companyMindgram's answer
Long absence

One in four 21–30-day sick notes has a mental-health cause

33 days at the company's cost. That much sick leave a year is employer-funded; add cover and overtime.

  • Early diagnostics – the problem caught before it grows
  • Psychotherapy – treatment that fits around work
Presenteeism

77% worked through poor mental health in the past 4 weeks

Lower output. Mistakes and delays that never show up in sick-leave statistics.

  • Presenteeism measurement (WPAI) – the size of the loss in a quarterly report
  • Help in an hour on average – from first contact, within 24 h at most
Employee addictions

27% of men and 16% of women drink at risky levels. Related sick leave averages 14 days

Absence and incidents. Longer sick leave, mistakes and risks to workplace safety.

  • Unlimited addiction psychologist – a first conversation with no referral
  • Addiction therapy – a process, not a one-off talk
Recruiting power

30% would consider a job paying 10% less at an employer with mental health care

Harder recruitment. Candidates and employees choose companies with full care.

  • Care for the employee and 5 close ones – a reason to stay
  • A standard benefit – like medical care
Leader burnout

44% of managers in Poland report burnout symptoms

  • Coaching and leader certification – no leader left alone
  • Unlimited consultations – the same care as for the team
Company crises

Accident, death, mobbing – damages of at least 6× monthly pay

Lost continuity. The team stalls for days or weeks while the leader improvises.

  • Crisis intervention – within 24 h, in 27 languages
  • A separate track for leaders and HR – recommendations ready to act on
Pay-rise pressure

47% of employees carry a loan, mortgage or other debt

A growing payroll. Financial stress returns as pay demands and exits for a higher wage.

  • Financial advisor and lawyer – among 12 specialisations, unlimited
  • Support for 5 close ones – a problem at home doesn't stay at home
Reputational risks

One in five workers names difficult customers as a mental strain

Complaints and lost clients. Emotions in customer service hit the brand and sales.

  • “Dialogue with a difficult customer” training – de-escalation instead of blow-ups
  • Unlimited consultations – pressure released after a hard shift
Regulatory duties

CSRD covers companies above 1,000 employees and 450M EUR turnover

A gap in the ESG report. Workforce wellbeing data must be disclosed, and the company doesn't have it.

  • 20+ ESG requirements – met by the Mindgram roll-out itself
  • GDPR, MS Azure Poland, ISO 9001 – reporting is aggregate-only
  1. Long absence: ZUS, “Sickness absence in 2025” (length structure of F00–F99 sick notes, p. 34) and the ZUS statistical portal, 2025 sick notes by length; own calculation: 24.5% of 21–30-day notes carry an F00–F99 code

FAQ

The questions your CFO will ask

How do you calculate the potential return on investment?

The loss: 3.6 days of work equivalent per person per month – Mindgram's own calculation on data from the 2026 Polish Workforce Productivity Study (Mindgram × Experience Institute, N = 2,302, WPAI questionnaire, weighted data). Cost of a working day: the GUS median of 7,447 PLN gross, excluding employer overheads. Recovery potential: a study of platform users with the DASS-21 and WPAI instruments, two measurement waves, against a comparison group. The human-capital valuation is an upper bound. The methods in full: Methodology

How do we measure the effect after roll-out?

With the same tools we used to size the potential: DASS-21 and WPAI. Every quarter the board receives a report – team condition, areas under strain, the trend and a benchmark. Aggregate data only.

What drives platform uptake?

Communication and leaders. A dedicated account manager five days a week, a communication plan for the whole year, and leaders who speak about it first. Staff without a work email sign in with a company code or a QR code from a poster on the floor – no employee list and no IT involvement.

What data does the employer receive?

Aggregate only: how many people use the platform and in which areas, team condition against a benchmark, the quarter-on-quarter trend. Never data on individuals.

How does Mindgram protect employee confidentiality?

The company never learns who uses the platform or for what. We process data under GDPR in the MS Azure Poland region, and process quality is certified to ISO 9001.

What does the price include?

One flat monthly fee for the whole contract year, independent of the number of consultations. In the Co‑payment model the employee contributes to therapy sessions and your subscription is lower. What the plans cover: Packages

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If within 90 days you decide it's not for your company, we refund the full amount – no questions asked.

How long does roll-out take?

Live in 14 days. About 8 hours of work on your side, the rest on ours. The details: Implementation
