Onboarding kit

Everything you need for a strong start

Six steps

Experience from 200 implementations, with a plan built around you

Your account manager designs the implementation with you, around how your organisation works.

Preparation

Contract platform ready in 14 days

Office: A plan with your account manager

You agree the launch date, tone and channels with your account manager: intranet, email, chat. IT gets a short settings list.

You: choose the launch date and channels

We: set up the platform and give leaders access before everyone else

Production plant: A plan built around shifts

Your account manager builds the schedule around your shifts. Accounts are created without a work email, with a code from an envelope.

You: choose the launch date and channels

We: set up the platform and give leaders access before everyone else

Retail chain: A plan timed to deliveries

We time the launch to your deliveries, so the materials travel to the stores with the stock.

Before launch

You: announce the launch

We: write the announcement, design posters, LinkedIn posts and copy for job ads

Production plant: Announcement at shift briefings

The plant director announces the launch at shift briefings. Posters in Polish and Ukrainian hang by the time clock and in the canteen.

You: share the materials

We: prepare the full set: FAQ, leaflets, a sign-up guide and a video

Production plant: Screens on the floor, leaflets in the canteen

A silent video with a QR code plays on the shop-floor screens. Leaflets and the FAQ sit by the canteen.

Plan your implementation

Questions

Common questions about implementation

How long does implementation take?

14 days from signing – guaranteed. It takes a few hours of work on your side; we handle the rest: setup, communication materials, a session for leaders and the launch announcement to employees. After launch, a dedicated account manager runs ongoing communication and quarterly reporting.

What if it goes the way it did with our previous provider?

Previous providers usually stopped at the launch email. With us, you get new content every month after launch, plus a status update from your account manager, who steers the next wave of communication. If it still doesn't work – a refund within 90 days.

How much work is there on our side?

Three meetings with your account manager and a few decisions: who announces it, through which channels, and when. You send ready-made messages, put up posters and give teams time to sign up. We do the rest – setup, materials, workshops and reports.

What about employees without a work email?

They get a code: on a QR poster, in an envelope or from their manager. They sign up with a private email address, and nobody has to give an employee number.

Who can see who uses it?

Nobody at your company. You get only aggregated, anonymous reports: how many people use it and in which areas.

What if sign-ups don't take off?

Your account manager spots it in the first week and starts a second wave: different channels, "Give access" posters, an on-site session. If after 90 days you decide it's not for you, we'll refund you in full.
