How we ran the study

We ran the study in August 2023 with SW Research, an independent research agency that provided a representative sample of working people in Poland. The margin of error is around 3%. The sample covers a range of genders, ages, types of work and places of residence.

The 30-question survey is built on psychometric tests with a long clinical track record: MHC-SF (mental wellbeing), BAT (burnout), GAD-2 (anxiety symptoms) and PHQ-2 (risk of depression).
