Where the default figures come from
A loss of 3.6 working days per person per month (1.0 day of absence and 2.6 days of presenteeism) comes from the “Polish Productivity Study 2026” (Mindgram and Experience Institute, CAWI, 16 June – 3 July 2026, n = 2,302, using DASS-21 and WPAI). The sheet works out the cost of a working day from the GUS median salary, just as the board calculator does. Your own HR data beats an average, so replace these figures in the yellow cells.
